Apollo.io identifies target prospects by industry, company size, and role — feeding them directly into Clay for enrichment (LinkedIn data, company signals, tech stack, hiring intent). An AI agent built on Claude API then qualifies each lead, scores them, and writes a personalised outreach message based on their specific business context. Qualified leads push automatically into GoHighLevel with the message pre-loaded, triggering a multi-step outreach sequence. n8n orchestrates the entire flow — webhooks, error handling, retry logic, and Slack notifications when a prospect replies. Result: Reduced cost-per-acquired client from £150–250 down to a £40–50 target. Zero manual prospecting work after setup.
